Without our Peace of Mind Service Protection Plan, service problems beyond the point of demarcation, which is commonly located on the exterior of the house, are charged a trip fee plus labor and materials used.
Call 715-463-5322 to sign up. Your coverage begins on the day you order! The $7.95 monthly fee will appear as a separate charge on your monthly Grantsburg Telcom statement. A 12-month agreement is required.
DISCLAIMERS
Support: Premise visits for repair will be done during normal working hours. After hours and weekend repairs may be subject to charges not covered by our Peace of Mind Service Protection Plan.
Materials: Customers are responsible for the cost of materials and equipment to repair trouble.
Special Circumstances: Grantsburg Telcom reserves the right to charge for time and materials for any chronic service problem (e.g. destructive animals, lightning damage, user error) that causes service disruption or equipment failure, until the issue is resolved by the account holder.
Cancellation: Our Peace of Mind Service Protection Plan may be cancelled anytime by contacting Grantsburg Telcom. Customer agrees to pay $7.95 for each remaining month of the one-year agreement.
